2001 - 2026

In Loving Memory

Austin Day, a beloved son, grandson, boyfriend, and friend, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 2, 2026, in Salt Lake City, Utah, at the age of 25.

Austin was born on May 25, 2001, to Felicia and Andrew Day in Tifton, Georgia.

Austin grew up in Georgia, where he developed his Southern spirit. As a child, he loved fishing with his dad and taking weekend trips to the beach in Florida with his mom and dad.

Austin enjoyed driving his car through the canyons with his brothers and friends, playing video games, and spending time with all the people he loved. Austin was the kind of person who would drop whatever he was doing for someone he cared about. No matter where Austin was, there was never a dull moment. He always knew how to make everyone smile.

Austin had a sense of humor you could never find in anyone else. He was always quick with a joke and had the most contagious laugh and the biggest, most unforgettable dimpled smile. His presence brought joy and laughter to everyone around him, and he will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing and loving him.

Austin is survived by his mom, Felicia Day; his grandmother, Lydia; his girlfriend, Shay; his two beloved kitties, Tank and Harold; and his best friends, Mike Hall, Aiden Hysell, Elijah Jones, Danny Romero, TJ, Jesus Villa, Adriel Reyes, Immanol Vieyra, Javance Collet, Erik Hensley, Kyle Crane, Dom, Isaac Postlethwait, and Oakland Chamberlain, along with countless others who loved him dearly.

Austin was preceded in death by his father, Andrew Day.

Austin leaves behind a lifetime of memories, laughter, and love that will remain in the hearts of everyone who knew him. He will never be forgotten.

Okayaustinnn.

A private celebration of life will be held on October 17th, 2026. Details will be sent out to the people closest to Austin.
