It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Curtis Dean Stack, who passed away unexpectedly on May 28, 2026, at the age of 58.
Curtis was a deeply loved son, husband, father, brother, cousin, and friend whose presence brought comfort, strength, and joy to those around him. He had a remarkable ability to make people feel welcomed, valued, and cared for simply by being himself. His kindness, generosity, and unwavering loyalty touched countless lives and created lasting memories that will be cherished forever.
Curtis was known for his hardworking nature, his loving heart, and his dedication to his family and friends. He was the kind of person who could always be counted on to lend a helping hand, offer encouragement, or simply be there when someone needed him most. Whether as a husband, father, family member, coworker, or friend, he gave his time and love freely and wholeheartedly.
Curtis is survived by his beloved wife, Cindy Stack; his son, Chase Stack (Venessa); his siblings, Sheldon Stack (Richard); Jeff Stack (Becky); and Kelly Matiaz; his nieces and nephews; his dear friend, Jeff Stimson; and many loving cousins, extended family members, and dear friends whose lives were forever enriched by knowing him.

His passing leaves an immeasurable void in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. While words cannot fully capture the impact he had on the lives of others, his legacy of love, compassion, and devotion will continue to live on through the many people he touched.
Curtis will be remembered not only for the life he lived, but for the love he shared and the countless ways he made the world a better place. He will be deeply missed and forever loved.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude for the outpouring of love, prayers, and support during this difficult time.
Rest in peace, Curtis. Your memory will remain in our hearts always.
