Kassia filled our unit with love and light. It was a joy to all our hearts to spend even just a few minutes with her. Although it must have been a terribly difficult place for your family to be, the PICU staff will always be so grateful for the opportunity to love and care for your sweet girl. Our hearts are with you!

It was truly an honor and a gift to have the opportunity to know Kassia, to care for her, and to love her. She touched my life in ways I will carry with me forever. Kassia’s presence, strength, and spirit left a lasting mark on my heart, and I am forever changed because of her. I will always be grateful for the time I had with her, and I will continue to carry her memory with love and gratitude.

Sweet mama, I’m so deeply sorry for the loss of your beautiful little girl. After such a courageous battle in the hospital, this heartbreak feels impossibly unfair. Nothing prepares us to say goodbye to our babies. Your love for her shines through every story and memory. Holding you close in my heart with tender love and understanding.
